Kitty Pong<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Semester Project WS25<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Kitty Pong is an altered version of the good old classic Pong game: There are (as the name suggests) cats!
And what do cats love? Fish, obviously, but they are also naughty little creatures and like to disturb the peace of the game. You can also collect power-ups and- oh wait what is that – IS THAT A LASERPOINTER?!?

Arcade Machine<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Semester project ss25<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

The Arcade Machine was the first big GDSG project after the relaunch of the team in 2025.
It is mainly made out of wood and fitted with two controllers, using Xbox controll commands. We connected the controlls with a laptop and hid the wires inside the Machine for a neat outside.
The screen is connected to the laptop and losely mounted into the frame, allowing save transportation, and for the design we used seperately printed out stickers.
This project was also showcased in the RAW TALENT booth from the Indie Arena at GamesCom Cologne in 2025.
(we then also noticed, that the Arcade Machine was not fully tested for excited children’s hands).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pixel Soldier<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Pixel Soldier is a fast-paced game about fighting frantic bosses, while quickly dodging their attacks. Disregard gravity while walking on walls and jumping from one side of the room to another. With a minimalist yet dynamic 4-color aesthetic that doesn\u2019t distract from the pure arcade action gameplay. Do you have what it takes to beat all stages?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subwords<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Subwords is an exciting mix between a trivia and a word game. Words are split into syllables and you have to put them back together as fast as possible. The words in every level are bound to a certain topic, so you have to know about the topic to solve it. But it’s no problem if you aren’t that familiar with a specific topic: Simply click the bulb to learn something new!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project L.L.A.M.A.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This game (formerly known as AiRena) is a fast paced local multiplayer party game. 2-4 players can battle each other. The ultimate goal of this instant kill game is to be the first to reach 10 kills through head jumps or items. Gather your friends in front of a screen just like in the good old console times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
